[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8245A OMG PLC 26 March 2013 \n \n\n \n26 March 2013\nOMG plc\n(\"OMG\" or the \"Group\")\n \nYotta DCL Extends Partnership with East Sussex County Council\n- Series of contracts to maximise value of highway network assets -\n-East Sussex is a recent addition to Yotta's Horizon Software as a Service offering-\n \nOMG plc, (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries, announces that its highways technology arm, Yotta DCL has secured a series of contracts with East Sussex County Council to help the Council manage its highway assets. \n \nDuring 2013, Yotta DCL has successfully added East Sussex County Council to its asset management Software as a Service (\"SaaS\") Horizons product. The first stage of work involved a video survey of the 3500-km highway network with data extracted and delivered using Horizons. Following the video survey, the Council has now engaged Yotta DCL to provide strategic consultancy services and has also purchased additional Horizons software modules.\n \nIn addition, East Sussex has introduced Yotta DCL to its maintenance contractor in order to facilitate the development of a fully integrated asset management solution that will support the whole highways maintenance supply chain. This IT innovation will be a seamless interfacing of Horizons with Barium Live business-process management software, which like Horizons is a cloud delivered system.\n \nYotta DCL has provided highway surveying to East Sussex for many years. These additional awards won through competitive tendering highlight the value Yotta DCL can offer through its Horizons SaaS product and consultancy services, particularly in the area of strategic advice. We are also pleased to be working with the Council's contractor to develop a cutting edge asset management and supply chain solution.
