Change in Accounting Reference Date
Oxford Metrics plc is changing its accounting reference date from 30 September to 31 December, effective immediately, to better align its financial reporting with the Group's business activities and revenues, which are weighted towards the latter part of the calendar year. The next financial year will conclude on 31 December 2026, resulting in a 15-month reporting period. Subsequent financial years will end on 31 December annually, with interim accounts for the six months to 31 March 2026 due by 30 June 2026, and audited annual financial statements for the 15-month period to 31 December 2026 expected by 30 June 2027. [{"type":"text","content":"\n\n16 December 2025\nOxford Metrics plc (\"Oxford Metrics\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nChange in Accounting Reference Date\n \nOxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, announces that the Company intends to change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 September to 31 December with immediate effect. As announced in the Company's preliminary results on 9 December 2025, the business activities and revenues of the Group are weighted toward the final third of the calendar year.
