[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 4047Y OMG PLC 03 September 2009 \n \n\n\nOMG plc (the 'Company')\n\nAdditional Listing \n\nThe Company announces that in accordance with the Sale and Purchase Agreement ('SPA') entered into in July 2007 to purchase the entire share capital of Data Collection Limited ('DCL'), the Company has issued 2,512,880 ordinaryshares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to the vendors of DCL. The shares were issued to satisfy a deferred consideration commitment pursuant to the SPA, as a result the achievement of turnover targets during the period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2009. \n\nThe new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
