[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9216P Oxford Instruments PLC 24 February 2016 \n\nOxford Instruments plc \n \nDirector Declaration & Directorate Change\n \nOxford Instruments plc, a leading provider of high-technology tools and systems for industry and research, announces that it has been advised pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that Jock Lennox, Non-Executive Director has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Barratt Developments plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 July 2016.\n \nThe Company further announces that Jock Lennox has notified the Board that he will not be standing for re-election at the Company's AGM due to take place on 13 September 2016 and will therefore be stepping down from the Board at this date. \n \nAs notified in the announcement made on 2 February 2016, Mary Waldner, appointed to the Board on 4 February 2016, will succeed Jock Lennox as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee in July 2016.
