[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \nOxford Biomedica\nResult of Annual General Meeting\n \nOxford, UK - 23 June 2023: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) (\"Oxford Biomedica\" or \"the Company\"), a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO, announces today that all resolutions proposed were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), held at 3pm on 23 June 2023 in Oxford.
