[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2735R Oxford Biomedica PLC 25 June 2015 \n\n \n \nOxford BioMedica\nBlock listing Application\n \nOxford, UK - 25 June 2014: Oxford BioMedica plc (\"OXB\" or \"the Group\") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Premium segment of the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a block listing of securities totalling 22 million ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the \"Ordinary Shares\"). \n \nThe Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the Group's LTIP.\n \nIt is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 26 June 2015.
