[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4651A Oxford Biomedica PLC 07 June 2016 \n\n \nOxford BioMedica Annual General Meeting\n \nLondon, UK - 7 June 2016: Oxford BioMedica plc (\"Oxford BioMedica\" or \"the Group\") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, announces today that all resolutions proposed were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), held today in London.\nIn accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.18 the following resolutions are those which were passed at the meeting concerning special business:\n \n· Resolution 9: to empower the Directors to allot equity securities for cash, pursuant to section 570 of the Companies Act 2006 as if section 561 of the Companies Act 2006 did not apply to such allotment, up to an aggregate nominal amount of 5 per cent. of the presently issued shares; and\n \n· Resolution 10: to permit the Group to convene general meetings (other than annual general meetings) on not less than 14 days' notice. \n \nThe full text of all the resolutions can be viewed in the Notice of Meeting by visiting the Group's website at www.oxfordbiomedica.co.uk.\n \nCertified copies of the document setting out the above resolutions passed at the 2016 AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.\n \nThe results of the proxy voting in advance of the meeting are shown below.
