[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 9325J\n Oxford Biomedica PLC\n 16 April 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of Results Update\n \n \n \n \n \n Full Year Results to be Published on 6th May 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Oxford, UK - 16th April, 2020: \n \n Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) (\"Oxford Biomedica\" or \"the Group\"), a leading gene and cell therapy group, announces today that, following \n guidance from the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in relation to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Group has elected to delay the release of its audited final results in order to take the time to more clearly assess the possible future impact of Covid-19 on its disclosures and forward looking statements.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Group's results for the year ending 31st December 2019 will now be published on 6th May 2020, as opposed to 23rd April 2020 as had been previously announced.
