[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5322A Oxford Biomedica PLC 29 May 2019 \n\n \n \nOxford Biomedica plc\n(\"OXB\" or \"the Group\")\n \nExercise of Subscription Option by Novo Holdings\n \n \nOxford, UK - 29 May 2019: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, today announces that, further to the announcement of 28 May in relation to Novo Holdings' agreement to subscribe for 6,568,024 new ordinary shares in OXB (the \"Subscription Shares\") at a price of £6.90 per share (the \"Subscription Price\"), Novo Holdings has now exercised in full its option under the Subscription Agreement to subscribe to a further 1,181,976 new ordinary shares (the \"Further Shares\") in OXB at the Subscription Price (the \"Subscription Option\"). Exercise of the Subscription Option will increase Novo Holdings' ownership to 10.1% of OXB.\n \nApplication has been made for the Further Shares to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to be admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (together, \"Admission\").
