[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \nOxford Biomedica\nBlock listing Application\n \nOxford, UK - 10 May 2023: Oxford Biomedica plc (\"Oxford Biomedica\" or the \"Company\") (LSE:OXB), a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO, announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Premium segment of the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each (the \"Ordinary Shares\").\n \nThe Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the following schemes:\n \n· OXB Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) (300,000 Ordinary Shares);\n· OXB Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) (100,000 Ordinary Shares);\n· Save As You Earn (SAYE) (100,000 Ordinary Shares).\n \nIt is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 15 May 2023.
