[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 4986E\n Oxford Biomedica PLC\n 11 March 2022\n \n \n \n \n Admission of Conditional Placing Shares\n \n \n \n Oxford, UK - 11 March 2022:\n \n Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) (\"Oxford Biomedica\" or the \"Company\"), a leading gene and cell therapy group, confirms that 5,018,134 new ordinary shares (the \"Conditional Placing Shares\") have this morning been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the \"FCA\") and to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc.\n \n \n The Conditional Placing Shares were subscribed for at an issue price of 810 pence per share and have raised gross proceeds of circa £40.6 million for the Company and represented approximately 5.5% of the Company's issued share capital as at the last practicable date prior to the posting of the Circular on 16 February 2022. \n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n Following Admission of the Conditional Placing Shares in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's issued share capital as at 8:00 am on 11 March 2022 consisted of 96,062,640 ordinary shares of 50 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\").
