Martin will be based in the US and will take up this role in March 2017.\n \nMartin has over 20 years' experience in business development and strategic planning, including Teva Pharmaceuticals where he was Head of Business Development for Global Branded Products. He was previously Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Cephalon where, in his fourteen years at the company, he played a key role in defining the strategic direction for growth and diversification globally, including planning strategies to enter into new markets such as Asia. Cephalon was bought by Teva in 2011 for $6.8 billion.\n \nPrior to joining Cephalon, Martin held project management roles at Wyeth-Ayerst and Smith Kline Beecham.
