(OTCQB: OWCP), a developer of cannabinoid-based therapies targeting a variety of different medical conditions and disorders, reports the successful production of its cannabinoid-enriched sublingual disintegrating tablet, specifically developed as smoking substitute.    \n\n \n \n\n \nSmoking and inhalation are currently the most common using methods of administering medical cannabis. However, the precise concentration of active cannabinoids in inflorescences is inconsistent and difficult to determine.
