Brozowski as Chief Financial Officer Basin, Montana – The O.T. Mining Corporation (“O.T. Mining” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary F. Brozowski as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Brozowski has also been elected as a member of the Board of Directors replacing the seat left vacant by one of the original founders of the Company, the late James W. Hess. “We are pleased to welcome Gary as the new CFO and EVP of Corporate Development for O.T. Mining” comments Rosemary Christensen, President and the surviving co-founder of the Company. “The Company will benefit from his vast experience in finance and corporate development. The Directors and I feel that he will provide the Company with new ideas for our overall corporate vision and strategic guidance to put these plans into action.” Mr. Brozowski has over 20 years of experience in finance, business development and management. Prior to joining O.T. Mining, Mr. Brozowski was a Managing Director at Bank of New York Mellon where he managed a $650 million portfolio of alternative investments. He previously served as the Executive Managing Director of Whiteweld, Barrister & Brown, in which he directed the firm’s investment activities and was responsible for the creation and management of several divisions and wholly-owned subsidiaries within the Company, including real estate finance, NYSE and NASDAQ broker/dealer operations and a long/short equity hedge fund having both domestic and offshore operations.
