(“\n \n OR Royalties\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”) (OR: TSX & NYSE) is pleased to provide an update on its third quarter 2025 preliminary deliveries, revenues and cash margin, as well as on its cash and debt positions as at September 30\n \n th\n \n , 2025. All monetary amounts included in this report are expressed in United States dollars, unless otherwise noted.\n \n\n\n PRELIMINARY Q3 2025 RESULTS\n \n\n\n OR Royalties earned 20,326 attributable gold equivalent ounces\n \n 1\n \n (“GEOs”) in the third quarter of 2025.\n \n\n OR Royalties recorded preliminary revenues from royalties and streams of $71.6 million during the third quarter, a quarterly record, and preliminary cost of sales (excluding depletion) of $2.4 million, resulting in a quarterly cash margin\n \n 2\n \n of approximately $69.3 million (96.7%).\n \n\n As at September 30\n \n th\n \n , 2025, OR Royalties’ cash position was approximately $57.0 million, following repayment of the outstanding balance on the Company’s revolving credit facility ($35.4 million) during the third quarter.
