(TSX:ORV) (the \"Company\" or \"Orvana\") announced today that, at its annual and special shareholders' meeting (the \"Meeting\") held on February 14, 2018, the individuals noted below were elected as directors of the Company. The report on proxies provided by the Company's transfer agent indicated the following:\n\nGeorge Darling received 72,937,116 votes (representing 97.47% of votes cast); Alan Edwards received 72,761,516 votes (representing 97.23% of votes cast); Alfredo Garcia Gonzalez received 72,801,116 votes (representing 97.29% of votes cast); Ed Guimaraes received 72,791,116 votes (representing 97.27% of votes cast); Sara Magner received 72,790,116 votes (representing 97.27% of votes cast); and Gordon Pridham received 72,933,116 votes (representing 97.46% of votes cast).\n\nMr. Gordon Pridham was re-appointed as chairman of the board of directors immediately after the Meeting.  \n\nThe Company received 72,646,799 votes (representing 97.08% of votes cast) to approve its 2018 Stock Option Plan.
