(TSX:ORV) (the \"Company\" or \"Orvana\") announced today that Ms. Daniella Dimitrov is stepping down as a director and the President and Chief Executive Officer (\"CEO\") of the Company to pursue other opportunities.  Mr. Jeffrey A.
