(TSXV: EVM) (\"Evrim\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce key changes to the Company's executive team and the appointment of Mr. Howard \nDavies as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Exploration. Mr. Davies will take a lead role in driving Evrim's exploration strategy and supporting business development activities.\n\nMr. Davies has fifteen years of international experience as an exploration geologist with a focus on gold and base metals. He has managed exploration for junior and major mining companies in Canada, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Mexico, including \nTeckCominco and AngloGold Ashanti. Prior to joining Evrim, Mr. Davies spent three years in Mexico and Canada, working for Riverside Resources Inc. as Vice President of Exploration.\n\nMr. Davies earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology from Edinburgh University in 1995 and a Masters in Mineral Exploration in 1996 from Leicester University. He is a designated Qualified Person, Member of AIG, and has wide-ranging health and safety, \nsecurity and community skills. \n\nMr. Stewart Harris, the Company's current Vice President of Exploration, will take on the position as Vice President of Technical Services, providing a key role in supporting Evrim's exploration partner relationships and managing the \nCompany's exploration projects. \n\n\"We are very pleased to have Howard and Stewart in their new roles,\" commented Paddy Nicol, President and CEO of Evrim. \"Howard's strong generative experience in Mexico along with his global perspective will be invaluable for \nEvrim's exploration strategy.
