The nominees both bring significant relevant executive experience to the Ormonde Board.\n \n \n \n \n \n Mr. Timmons will act as Chair, Mr. McMorrow will act as Secretary and Chair of the Audit Committee and Mr. O'Donnell will act as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. \n \n \n \n \n \n Commenting on the Board changes, Mr. Timmons, Director and Chair, stated:\n \n \n \n \n \n \"We are pleased to have added two seasoned executives to the Board, both of whom possess the energy and experience required to take Ormonde forward into a new phase of development and value creation for shareholders.\" \n \n \n \n \n \n Additional Disclosures in relation to appointments:\n \n \n \n \n \n Mr. Brendan McMorrow\n \n \n \n \n \n Brendan has over 25 years' experience in oil & gas and base metals mining public companies listed in London, Toronto and Dublin. He has formerly been Chief Financial Officer of Circle Oil plc, and served as a senior finance executive in Ivernia Inc. and Ivernia West plc - at the time these companies were respectively developing significant base metal mines in Western Australia and at Lisheen in Ireland. He is currently a non-executive Director of Karelian Diamond Resources plc and Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc.
