(OTC/QB: OOIL), \n developer of breakthrough water cleanup technology, and OriginClear \n licensee E3 \n Services and Solutions, LLC (E3) have teamed up to form a joint \n venture (JV) intended to offer quick-response disaster water reclamation \n services to the SERVPRO \n network of 1800 franchisees in North America.\n \n \n “E3 and OriginClear are already responding to the first job opportunity \n outside the state of California, a floodwater disaster in Oklahoma \n City,” said Jeffrey Matlock, Director of Operations at SERVPRO \n of Fort Collins, CO and Beverly Hills, CA. “I expect the water to be \n treated fast and efficiently, from previous field tests I have seen.”\n \n \n “SERVPRO is the nation’s leading first responder to water \n damage crises and works with insurance companies nationwide,” \n Matlock continued. “Tougher water disposal regulation means that \n franchisees like us will have hundreds of new business opportunities. It \n also means we need an on-call resource for fast and efficient water \n treatment. That’s where E3 and OriginClear come in with their new \n technology, which can be deployed quickly and effectively.”\n \n \n OriginClear and E3 agreed to equal ownership of the JV. OriginClear will \n bring its technology expertise and resources, while E3 will contribute \n its industry relationships and marketing to the SERVPRO franchisee \n network.
