The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Wong Chee Keong, as an independent executive director of the company, with effect from 15 May 2026.

Mr. Wong joined the board of director since April 2020 and The Board wish to record their appreciation for his significant contribution to the Company over that time.
