The Company has applied for and received consent from the TSXV Venture Exchange to extend the closing date for the balance of its private placement (as detailed in a news release dated May 11, 2017) until August 26, 2017.  The Company has previously closed a first tranche of the private placement on June 20, 2017 for proceeds of $1,904,000.
