A corresponding shelf registration statement on Form F-10 (the \"\n \n Registration Statement\n \n \") has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission but is not yet effective.\n \n \n The Base Shelf Prospectus, when made final and effective, will allow Organigram to qualify the distribution of up to\n \n C$500,000,000\n \n of common shares, preferred shares, debt securities, subscription receipts, warrants, and units during the 25-month period that the Base Shelf Prospectus remains effective.
