Organigram Announces Proposed Acquisition of Sanity Group, a Leading German Cannabis Company
TORONTO, February 18, 2026--Organigram Global Inc. (NASDAQ: OGI) (TSX: OGI), (the "Company" or "Organigram"), a leading licensed producer of cannabis, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement (the "Purchase Agreement") to acquire (the "Acquisition") all the issued and outstanding shares of Sanity Group GmbH ("Sanity" or "Sanity Group") not currently owned by Organigram.
