Steven will continue as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominations Committee and will be appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from the 7 October 2020. \n \n \n Ravi Takhar, CEO stated: \"We are delighted to appoint Steven Hicks as our new Chairman.
