[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n26 June 2025\n \nOrchard Funding Group PLC\n(\"Orchard\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nChange of accounting reference date and auditor\n \nOrchard Funding Group PLC, the finance group which specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, announces a change to its financial year end a change of the Company's auditor\n \nChange of financial year end\n \nFor operational reasons, the Company will be changing its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 July to 31 January, effective immediately.\n \nAs a result of the change of year end, the Group's next three financial reporting events will be as follows:\n \n· publication of unaudited interim results for the 12 months to 31 July 2025 by 31 October 2025;\n \n· publication of audited annual accounts for the 18 months to 31 January 2026 by 31 July 2026; and\n \n· publication of unaudited interim results for the 6 months to 31 July 2026 by 31 October 2026.\n \nFrom then, annual and interim reports will be published each year for the 12 months to 31 January and 6 months to 31 July, respectively.\n \nChange of auditor\n \nThe Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Macalvins Limited (\"Macalvins\") as the Company's auditor for the 18-month period ending 31 January 2026.
