[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2827U Orca Interactive Ltd 13 May 2008 \n \n\n\n\n\n\n13 May 2008\n\n\nOrca Interactive Ltd. \n\n('Orca' or the 'Company') \n\nRe: Intended cancellation of admission\n\nFurther to its announcement on 15 April 2008, the board of Orca (the 'Board') is pleased to announce that the date of the completion of the recommended acquisition of Orca by Viaccess S.A. ('Closing') is expected to be 19 May 2008 (the 'Closing Date'). \n\nAs a result and to allow for completion of the Closing process, the last day of dealings in, and the registration for transfers of, Orca Shares and Depository Interests will be on the business day prior to the Closing Date, i.e. 16 May 2008. As at the close of business on that day, the trading of Orca Shares and Depository Interests on AIM will be temporarily suspended. On the basis that Closing occurs on the Closing Date, the Board expects that the admission to trading on AIM of Orca Shares and Depository Interests will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 am on 20 May 2008 (the 'Cancellation').
