("Orca" or the "Company") announces two senior natural gas\n operations and marketing appointments.  Andrew Brown has been named\n General Manager of Orca's natural gas production, gas marketing and\n distribution operations in Tanzania.  Pierre Raillard has been named\n Vice President, EastCoast Transmission and Marketing, the new\n infrastructure development division of Orca.\n\n\nMr. Brown has had a broad and successful career in downstream gas\n marketing and operations.  He previously held senior management\n positions over a period of 36 years within the BG Group, a world leader\n in natural gas exploration, production and marketing.  Mr. Brown\n recently served as Managing Director for BG's Nile Valley gas company\n in Egypt.  His skill and experience are ideally suited to managing\n operations and continuing the development of Orca's gas markets in\n Tanzania.  Mr. Brown will be based at Orca's operations headquarters in\n Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.  He replaces Pierre Raillard as In-Country\n Manager.\n\n\nMr. Raillard has been with Orca since it began its natural gas\n operations in Tanzania.  He has played a key role in the development of\n the Company's Songo Songo natural gas operations and has been at the\n heart of Orca's market development ...
