("Orca" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Dale\n Rollins as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") effective June 13, 2011. \n Mr. Rollins will report directly to Orca Exploration Chairman and Chief\n Executive Officer W. David Lyons.  He will be based in the United\n Kingdom and will maintain offices in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.\n\n\nAs COO Mr. Rollins will have broad management responsibilities including\n direction of all aspects of Orca's day-to-day operations, providing\n leadership in the implementation of Board strategies, implementing\n targets and plans and working closely with Orca Chairman & CEO David\n Lyons in developing the Company's asset portfolio.\n\n\nPrior to joining Orca, Mr. Rollins had a highly successful 27-year\n career that included senior oil and gas management responsibilities in\n Nigeria, Russia, Australia, Europe and the United States. Mr. Rollins\n spent over 20 years with the Shell group of companies finally serving\n as Deputy Managing Director for Shell in Nigeria responsible for\n production operations and 25 ongoing major projects with production\n capacity of over 1 million barrels of oil per day, plus significant gas\n supply.\n\n\nIn Russia he was First Deputy Director General for NGK Itera, based in\n Moscow.  He also se...
