(TSX:ORT)(OTCQX:EORBF) (\"Orbite\" or the \"Company\") announced today the acquisition, for no consideration, of patent applications relating to an inventive process for treating magnesium-bearing materials (the \"applications\"). The acquisition is the result of a universal assignment of the applications in favor of Orbite by Alliance Magnésium Inc.
