Kalgoorlie Gold - Native Title Agreements Signed

Oracle Power PLC has achieved a significant milestone at its Kalgoorlie Gold Project by executing native title agreements with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Native Title Claimant Group, paving the way for the granting of a mining lease. These agreements, covering tenements M25/389 and P25/2848, establish protocols for heritage surveys and site protection, facilitating streamlined mining lease clearance procedures. Furthermore, Oracle and its JV partner Riversgold have signed a Right to Mine and Co-Operation Agreement with MEGA Resources, whereby MEGA will fund 100% of the development and mining costs for the Northern Zone Gold Project, with profits to be shared 50/50 between MEGA and the project owners. This arrangement positions the project for gold production in 2026. Disclaimer*
