[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n8 August 2024\nOracle Power PLC\n(\"Oracle\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBoard Change\n \nWithdrawal of AGM Resolution\n \nOracle Power PLC (AIM: ORCP) announces that Mark Steed has resigned from the board of Oracle (\"Board\") with immediate effect. As a result, Resolution 3, proposing the re-election of Mr Mark Steed as a director of the Company, which was to be proposed at the annual general meeting (\"AGM\") of the Company's shareholders, to be held this morning at 11.00 a.m. (UK time), has been withdrawn.\n \nThe withdrawal of Resolution 3 does not affect the validity of the notice of AGM, the proxy form, or any votes submitted in respect of the remaining resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.
