During his time at Shell, West African Gas Pipeline Company and Oman LNG he worked with stakeholders across cultures and functions in order to manage several programmes from feasibility to operating phase.\n \nMr Philip holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Bristol University and is a Chartered Accountant.\n \nShahrukh Khan, CEO, Oracle Coalfields, said: \n\"We are delighted to welcome Tony as Finance Manager at Oracle Coalfields.
