[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2653I Oracle Power PLC 22 November 2018 \n\n22 November 2018\n \n Oracle Power PLC\n(\"Oracle\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\nAppointment of Consultant \nOracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, confirms that, as advised in its release dated 20 September 2018, Mr Anthony Scutt, who was a director of the Company up to the Company's Annual General Meeting, was appointed as a consultant to the Company with effect from 1 August 2018 for a fee of £2,000 per month (the \"Consultancy Agreement\"). \n \nRelated Party Transaction\nAs Mr Scutt has been a director of the Company within the previous twelve months, this constitutes a related party transaction pursuant to Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
