Dr Akhtar will join the Company on an advisory basis as Chief of Technology\n - Hydrogen\n , a non-Board position, as Oracle progresses its hydrogen strategy in Pakistan with PowerChina.\n \n \n  \n \n \n Dr Akhtar holds a B.Eng in Mechanical (Pak), M.Sc. in Renewable Energy (Germany) and PhD in Chemical Engineering (UK). He has received many prestigious awards and fellowships such as the Hermann Göhr Award\n ,\n  Marie Curie Fellowship, UNESCO Fellowship, Grove Fuel Cell Symposium Student Bursary, Universitas 21 Scholarship, DAAD Scholarship, amongst others.
