(OTCPK: OPTL.PK), a leading provider of web-based organizational network and SaaS business tools, regretfully announces the closing of its wholly owned subsidiaries known as Celect. On Monday, March 14, 2011 the Board of Directors learned of significant financial shortfalls as well as an investigation of Timothy J. Roth by Federal and State authorities. In an Emergency Board Meeting, the Board accepted Timothy J. Roth's resignation from the Corporate Board of Directors as well as his resignation as President, Secretary, and Treasurer. On Tuesday, March 15, 2011 the Celect staff was reduced to a skeletal staff to maintain its website and campus marketing operations. The Board has since determined that in light of severe financial constraints and ongoing concerns an immediate shut-down of operations is necessary. The Board of Directors of Optimum Interactive (USA) Ltd. will continue to ensure compliance with all regulatory authorities.
