Trading on Nasdaq is expected to commence on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. The Company's shares will continue to trade on the OTCQB until trading on Nasdaq commences. Shareholders are not required to take any action as a result of the uplisting, and the Company's ticker symbol-\"OPXS\"-will remain unchanged.The Company met the initial listing requirements for Nasdaq without needing to implement the reverse split that was approved by the shareholders at the annual meeting in February 2023.
