The\nname of the Company and trading symbol will remain the same after the\nConsolidation. The new CUSIP number will be 683476808 and the new ISIN\nnumber will be CA6834768088 for post Consolidation.\n \n \n \n \n Letters of transmittal with respect to the\nConsolidation will be mailed to all registered shareholders of the\nCompany. All registered shareholders will be required to send their\nrespective certificates representing the pre–Consolidation Shares\nalong with a properly executed letter of transmittal to the\nCompany’s transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc.\n(“Computershare”), in accordance with the instructions provided in\nthe letter of transmittal.
