Stone Point Capital and CPP Investments made this investment through the acquisition of a stake from existing shareholders, including Onex Partners, which will remain a significant minority owner.\n \n\n As\n \n previously announced\n \n on September 19, 2025, the transaction values OneDigital in excess of US $7 billion and will support the company’s continued growth through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
