End of the Year Statement from the CEO

Dear staff, colleagues, shareholders, and friends.

The year 2018 has been a milestone year for our company as we continued our journey of investing in and building a portfolio of sustainable investments that will lead us now and well into the future. As many governments are failing to prepare for the future on issues ranging from farming and agriculture, infrastructure to automation, and cyber security, we are constantly positioning ourselves to respond to these to broader societal challenges. Our planned acquisition of Aqueous International Corporation and bringing new investments to economically distressed areas, represents another leg of this journey.

As Confucius once said, "Gain new insights through reviewing old material," and we have found this to be particularly true with our continued commitment to offering alternatives to traditional ways of doing business. With a strong focus on Environmental Sustainability and Health and Wellness, I truly believe that our company has a brilliant future and prepared to cease any opportunities as they present themselves.

Our model of shareholder engagement is one that strengthens and deepens communication between shareholders and the companies they own.
