NIS Holdings Corp. Announces Appointment of Vice President

NIS Holdings Corp. (OTC: NISC) today announced the appointment of Mr. Niko Papavasilopoulos as Vice President.  In this newly created position, Mr. Papavasilopoulos will work closely with the company’s executive team and will be responsible for supporting Alpha Dynamic's development efforts in the New York area.

Mr. Papavasilopoulos’ working experience includes co-operation with financial institutions and privately held enterprises in the food industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Quinnipiac University.
