[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n17 March 2017\n\nOne Media IP Group Plc\n\n(“One Media†or the “Groupâ€)\n\nUpdate - Final Results and Notice of AGM\n\nOne Media iP (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider which exploits intellectual digital property rights around music, video and spoken word provides an update further to announcement made by the Company on 28 February 2017.\n\nIn the announcement made on 28 February 2017, the Company advised that it would release its results for the year ended 31 October 2016 on 20 March 2017.\n\nThe Company will delay publication of its results as it has decided to amend the accounting treatment of the $75,947.38 (US Dollars: seventy five thousand nine hundred and forty seven and thirty eight cents) monies received by the Company in relation to the HHO Licensing Ltd, Henry Hadaway Organisation Limited and Henry Hadaway action - (see announcement made by the Company on 20 February 2017), by reclassifying it as a liability, as opposed to a contingent liability.\n\nThe Board expects to notify its Final Results on or around 22 March 2017.
