The\nGroup intends to raise up to £750,000 by way of a Placing through Hybridan LLP.\nOne Media is being advised by Cairn Financial Advisers, which is acting as\nNominated Adviser, and Hybridan LLP which is acting as Broker and is currently\nISDX Corporate Adviser.\n\nOne Media was founded by Michael Infante the Group's Chairman and Chief\nExecutive Officer and listed on the Plus SX Market in September 2006 with a\nstrategy to acquire entertainment content and digitise this media to exploit\nthe shift from physical to digital formats. The Group specialises in acquiring\nand recompiling nostalgic music and TV programmes from the last 90 years. The\nGroup delivers digital music and video content via its aggregator and directly\nto over 600 online digital stores.\n\nThe Group's music catalogue is made up of mainstream music and has evolved\nthrough the acquisition of catalogues. To date, the Group has acquired\napproximately 80 catalogues and the Directors estimate that the Group owns and/\nor controls the rights to over 170,000 tracks, with a broad genre-mix.\nRecordings range from Rock to Pop and Classical to Spoken Word. The catalogue\nprovides the Group with a diversified revenue stream. The tracks are actual\n`recorded performances'; typically acquired from bands, producers, record\nlabels and family estates.\n\nThe Group acquired its first video content in 2006 in collaboration with the\nLate Gerry Anderson's 1980's stop motion series, Dick Spanner. During 2012, the\nGroup increased its video content and invested in programming to enhance its\nvideo library. The library currently consists of over 5,000 varying programmes\nincluding 20 early episodes of the \"Sooty Show\", first screened between 1950\nand 1970.\n\nIn December 2012, the Group announced that it had acquired the entire library\nof rights, from Granada Television Productions Limited and ITV Digital Channels\nLimited, of \"Men & Motors\" which comprise a portfolio of approximately 1,600\nhours of programming and over 3,000 different episodes.\n\nThe Group owns or controls the ...
