[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n7 March 2016\n\nOne Media IP Group Plc\n\n(“One Media†or the “Groupâ€)\n\nFinal Results and Notice of A.G.M. for the year ended 31 October 2015.\n\nOne Media iP (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider which exploits intellectual digital property rights around music, video and spoken word, is pleased to announce its final results for the year ended 31 October 2015.\n\nFinancial Highlights\n\n\nRevenue of £2,519,330 (2014: £2,900,090);\n\nEBITDA of £670,804 (2014: £827,794);\n\nProfit before tax of £448,769 (2014: £642,273);\n\nCash balances of £816,249 at 31 October 2015 (2014: £1,219,466), and;\n\nTotal dividends of 0.142 pence per share paid in the year, totalling £100,647 (2014: £100,598).\n\n\nOperational Highlights\n\n\n$781,846 USD awarded by Nashville Court USA in favour of the Group against Henry Hadaway, HHO Licensing Ltd and Henry Hadaway Organisation Ltd for the wilful infringement of 1,466 recordings from the Point Classics Catalogue of Recordings. The award has not been recognised in the financial statements for the financial year ending 31 October 2015 as there is uncertainty as to when the monies will be received. Our American lawyers continue to seek collection of this judgement via the Courts.\n\n\n\nThe acquisition for £35,000 from AJP Records of hours of popular classical music performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, traditional Christmas music from St. Paul's Cathedral, military marching music performed by H.M. Coldstream Guards and musical renditions of the Scottish Pipes & Drums.\n\n\n\nTCAT (Technical Copyright Analysis Tool) our in-house developed copyright discovery tool is now being trialled as a service by the Group with several of the Major record labels.\n\n\n\nMen and Motors acquired from Granada/ITV in 2012 is gathering traction.
