The Board would like to extend its sincere gratitude to him for his dedication and valuable contributions during his tenure.\n \nFollowing his retirement from the Board, Brian Berg has agreed to continue supporting the Company in a consultancy capacity. Under this agreement, he will provide strategic advice and guidance on acquisitions to ensure continuity and ongoing benefit from his experience.\n \nUpon Mr Berg stepping down from the Company, Claire Blunt, Chairman of the Company, will be appointed as chair of the Remuneration Committee.\n\n\nClaire Blunt, Chairman of One Media said: \"On behalf of the Board and the company, I would like to thank Brian Berg for his commitment and guidance over the past five years.
