[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n 15 August 2023\n \nOndo InsurTech Plc\n(\"Ondo\" or \"the Company\")\n \nWarrant / Exercise of Options / Total Voting Rights Update\nOndo InsurTech Plc (\"Ondo\"), the London-listed leader in claims prevention technology for home insurers, is pleased to provide an update on its Shares in Issue and Total Voting rights in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.\n \nDuring the first two weeks of August, a total of 1,316,665 ordinary shares were issued pursuant to warrant exercises and these shares were admitted to trading under the Company's blocklisting arrangement.\n \nIn addition, the company announces that options over 178,384 ordinary shares have been exercised.\n \nA separate application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 178,384 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange. These shares are expected to be admitted to trading at 8am on 18th August 2023. The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.\nFollowing admission, the company will have 79,864,659 ordinary shares in issue. The Company holds no shares in treasury.\nEach ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company.
