Ondine Biomedical Inc. announced the results of its fundraising efforts, confirming gross proceeds of approximately £11.0 million (C$20.5 million) and net proceeds of around £10.35 million (C$19.24 million). The company will issue 73,333,333 new common shares at 15p per share as part of the fundraise. Additionally, Ondine has agreed to issue 800,000 new common shares, valued at £120,000, to a vendor for settling certain costs related to the fundraise. Certain directors subscribed for 1,360,212 subscription shares, raising approximately £0.2 million (c.C$0.38 million).
