(AIM: OBI) announces that the notice of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") and the associated form of proxy have been published today on the Company's website at https://ondinebio.com/investors/reports-documentation/.\n \nPrinted copies of the notice of AGM and form of proxy will be posted today to registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.\n \nThe Company's AGM will be held virtually at 16:00 BST (08:00 Pacific time) on 26 June 2025. Details of how to access the meeting are contained in the notice of AGM.\n \nAll shareholders are encouraged to submit their vote by proxy, well in advance of the meeting. Details of how to vote by proxy are contained in the notice of AGM. All valid proxy votes (whether submitted electronically or in hard copy form) will be included in the poll vote to be taken at the meeting.\n \nThe items of business to be voted on at the Meeting are:\n· the re-election of Carolyn Cross, Nicolas G.
