Onassis Mining is a New York based mineral exploration and development company,\n\nAs part of the acquisition, Khanh Quoc Nguyen stepped down as Trai Thien USA's Chief Executive Officer and as the Chairman of the Board and Nguyen Van Thong stepped down as Director.  Eliron Yaron, Chairman of the Board of Onassis Mining, was appointed as Trai Thien USA's new Chairman of the Board and sole Director.\n\nThe Company plans on changing its corporate name and stock symbol to reflect is new business direction.\n\nAbout Onassis Mining\n\nOnassis Mining Group, Inc. is a New York based mineral exploration and development company focused on gold exploration, mining and processing in South America.
