On4 Communications Inc. (“ONCI”) forms new operating division to develop and produce Business, Lifestyle and Game Apps.

On4 Communications, Inc. (trading symbol  “ONCI”) announced today that it has formed a new operating division to focus on the lucrative mobile App. industry by creating, developing, producing and releasing business , lifestyle and game Apps., including those designed to tap into the underserved market of  quality developmental Apps. for children  This diversification adds to the Company’s existing technology business model of developing and marketing its proprietary structured fund raising programs to non-profit organizations. These two divisions penetrate the same general demographic consumer and can cross-promote each other. In addition, the Company is exploring other technological opportunities.

To launch its new App. division the Company intends to engage the services of consultants and partners experienced in App. technology and marketing. The consultants already have a number of App. concepts presently in the design phase, which will be brought to the Company to kick start the new division, in addition to Apps. already in development  for Cloud based services.

The overall mobile App. industry is projecting approximately $45 billion in revenues for 2015. Brand name games, such as Kim Kardashian’s Hollywood App. have generated revenues in excess of $900,000 a day, and even relatively small App games reach approximately $50,000 a day in revenues. The mobile App. market is poised to be a $77 billion industry by 2017.
